Accordwright Privacy Policy

Summary

Accordwright does not collect data, track users, show ads, require an account, use subscriptions, or use a developer-operated backend. The developer does not sell or share personal information from the app.

Information Stored on Your Device

The app stores information you choose to enter, including fragrance project and formula names, material names, supplier and lot notes, working dilution strength, formula parts, target mass, actual weighed mass, cost, version lineage, and evaluation notes. This information remains in local app storage on your device and is not transmitted to the developer.

Sharing and Exports

PDF and CSV lab exports are generated locally and passed to Apple's system share sheet only when you choose to share them. You select the destination. The app does not upload exports to the developer.

Permissions and Network Access

Version 1.0 does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, photo library, or notification permission. It makes no developer network requests and contains no third-party advertising, analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting SDK.

Retention and Deletion

Local records remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app. Deleting the app removes local app data, subject to normal iOS backup behavior controlled by you and Apple.

Product Scope

Accordwright is a formula-recording and arithmetic notebook. It does not determine IFRA compliance, allergens, toxicology, safe use, labeling, stability, or regulatory status. Verify every material and formula with current authoritative supplier, IFRA, safety, and legal documentation.
